This is a cookbook written by South African chef and food stylist, Khanyisa Malabi. The Chef/author, was exposed to the joys of cooking from a young age. She learned to cook from her mother and grandmother, who taught her the importance of using fresh, local ingredients and the value of sharing meals with loved ones.
